Columbia, S.C. – Tomorrow, Hillary Clinton will make her first campaign trip to South Carolina, where prominent local Democrats have been raising concerns about her candidacy since before Clinton even launched her 2016 campaign. SCGOP Chairman Matt Moore issued the following statement regarding Clinton’s upcoming campaign stops:
“In 2008, South Carolina Democrats rejected Hillary Clinton’s unaccountable and unethical history. Today, she is plagued by a growing number of scandals, more unanswered questions, and growing distrust among Americans. America is ready for a leader with honesty and integrity, who has a vision for the future, and can take America in a new direction. Our strong, diverse Republican candidates will do just that.”
